- 1. Introduction
Welcome to Avid Safari Co. Ltd. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website and booking our safari services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
- 2. General Terms & Conditions
- 2.1 All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- 2.2 Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in costs, government regulations, or unforeseen circumstances.
- 2.3 A deposit is required to secure a booking, and full payment must be completed 90 days before the tour begins.
- 3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 3.1 Written cancellation received before 90 days prior to the tour start date will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 25% of the total price.
- 3.2 Written cancellation received between 90 and 61 days prior to the tour start date will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total price.
- 3.3 Written cancellation received 60 days or less prior to the tour start date will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total price. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or unused services.
- 4. Liability & Disclaimer
- 4.1 Avid Safari Co. Ltd. is not liable for personal injury, illness, loss, or damage of personal belongings during the tour.
- 4.2 Travelers must obtain personal travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and loss of belongings.
- 4.3 A deposit is required to secure a booking, and full payment must be completed 90 days before the tour begins.
- 5. Travel Documents & Responsibilities
- 5.1 It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and necessary vaccinations.
- 5.2 Any costs incurred due to lack of proper documentation are the responsibility of the traveler.
- 6. Wildlife & Safety Policy
- 6.1 Safari tours involve exposure to wild animals; all travelers must follow safety instructions provided by guides.
- 6.2 The Company is not responsible for injuries caused by wildlife interactions or failure to adhere to safety guidelines.
- 7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be settled in Tanzanian courts.
